TrendHR is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Perm Placement Recruiter to join our growing Staffing & Recruiting division in Rockwall, TX. This is a true full-desk recruiting role focused heavily on Accounting & Finance placements, while also offering opportunities to recruit across other professional verticals including HR, Legal, Administrative, Engineering, and Operations.
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys both business development and recruiting. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable making cold calls, developing new client relationships, and building long-term partnerships while also recruiting and placing top-tier talent.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate a true full-desk recruiting model, managing both business development and recruiting activities
  • Proactively generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development
  • Develop new client relationships while growing and servicing existing accounts
  • Recruit and place Accounting & Finance professionals including:
    • Staff Accountants
    • Senior Accountants
    • AP/AR Specialists
    • Controllers
    • Financial Analysts
    • Payroll & HR professionals
  • Source, screen, interview, and present high-caliber candidates for permanent/direct-hire opportunities
  • Conduct client intake conversations to understand hiring needs, company culture, compensation expectations, and role requirements
  • Provide market insight regarding candidate availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategy
  • Build authentic, long-term relationships with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
  • Negotiate offers, compensation packages, and employment terms professionally and consultatively
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity, pipeline management, and performance metrics within CRM/ATS systems
  • Represent TrendHR with professionalism, urgency, integrity, and energy in the North Texas market

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of agency recruiting experience in direct-hire/professional staffing OR 3–5 years of strong accounting and finance experience with interest in transitioning into recruiting and talent solutions
  • Previous business development and cold-calling experience strongly preferred
  • Proven success operating a full desk with both client development and recruiting responsibilities
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and sense of urgency
  • Competitive, self-motivated mindset with a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday in Rockwall, TX
